Everything
The Grammy Awards is without a doubt one of the biggest red carpet events of the year – second to the Oscars. While the style is at the least a major confusion of garish designs and OTT spectacles, the A-list celebrities that line the red carpet are enough to stop traffic to – or in this case, stir Twitter into a frenzy. Namely, thanks to the likes of Shawn Mendes.
Behind hit tracks including, “Lost in Japan” and “Treat You Better”, it is hard to believe that the Canadian artist is only 20-years-of-age, yet with his clean style and adored personality, who wouldn’t want to join his army of fans. Not surprisingly, #ShawnMendes is trending on social media and if there is one thing you do for the Grammy’s today, we suggest sifting through the hilarious reactions on Twitter. Already the subject of strange hand and even armpit fetish accounts – yes you heard correctly – its bound to get even more outrageous.

And while the people of the public get behind the singer, he has also garnered a slew of A-lister fans from the red carpet. Spotted amongst the chaos with Bebe Rexha, he was videoed as the artist invited him back to her house. And amidst rumours of a Miley Cyrus collab – which is definitely happening – he was also seen with the singer in a warm embrace.

While Mendes will continue to defend rumours surrounding his sexuality, he has no signs of slowing down as he braces for two potential Grammy Awards as well as an upcoming performance. Stay tuned.
