Mime Time

Before gears, before quartz, there were shadows. Long before time was worn on the wrist or wound by hand, it was simply traced on the ground. Shadows are a universal relic of early science, but they’re also a playground. If the ancients used shadows to track time, we’ve use them to bend it, reshaping the cast of a hand into something far less expected. A rabbit. A bird. Something wild, maybe even imaginary. Because in the right light, even the most precise object can drift into illusion.
