The brainchild of René Ramillon and André Vincent, the lifestyle company has been a pioneer of outdoor and performance wear since 1952, and its newest initiative ‘Moncler Genius’ has thrust it into high fashion territory.
In a bid to disrupt the seasonal runway, Moncler Genius partnered with a group of groundbreaking designers for a series of collaborative capsules – all seeing the classic silhouette of Moncler, reworked. The result has been seen new interpretations of technical gear and the latest designer to take to the Italian brand is Francesco Ragazzi of Palm Angels.
Fusing the Palm Angels spirit of counterculture into the threads of Moncler, the collection features a line of fearless urban silhouettes and boasts candy-wrapper textures, graffiti-inspired prints and psychedelic accessories.
