As Paris Fashion Week Men’s marks the last stop on the international menswear circuit for Spring/Summer 2020, we’re looking back at its predecessor of Milan. Amongst a packed schedule of global designers – including renowned fashion houses such as Armani, Zegna and Versace – the runways were teeming with vibrant colour and technical style and the new-season collections were also reflected on the streets.

As the sun made a welcomed appearance over Italy’s fashion and design capital this week, a slew of global buyers, editors and influencers opted for lighter pieces as the summer season kicked off. A clear uniform was at play as guests weaved through cobblestone laneways and historical buildings, contrasted with fun patterning and bold colour choices.

Unlike Pitt Uomo, which saw the city of Florence suit up in classic sartorial looks and dapper style, show goers donned basic kit essentials layered with camp collar shirts and relaxed, lightweight outerwear. Silhouettes were emblazoned in patterns and clashed with muted hues of colour.
