Sound the alarm, the hotly anticipated Cactus Plant Flea Mark Air VaporMax is ready to drop. Like any limited-edition sneaker release, the rumours and speculations surrounding the unique collaboration have been extensive. After Nike officially confirmed the design, sneaker heads have been patiently waiting and now, the release is upon us.
At the beginning of the month, designer and now-influencer Ava Niuri also-known-as @avanope shared an on-foot look at the sneakers. Playing on the innovative VaporMax bubble sole, Cactus Plant Flea Market have applied its cult streetwear aesthetic with it signature font, and green piping around the swoosh. Additionally images have detailed green and red lights around the midsole.
A nod to the ‘ugly’ trend, the sneakers are a sure sell out. As this is published, the CPFM x Nike VaporMax 2019 is releasing in the U.S. (May 14) while Europe will see a slightly later release on May 16. Available from the SNKRS app as well as select NikeLab retailers worldwide, if you’re from Australia, a release on home soil is not confirmed so you’ll have to hit resellers for a chance to cop the style.
