The hype is building amidst the upcoming Palace x Polo Ralph Lauren collection and with the drop just days away, we now have a closer look at the incoming threads. What at first was a mysterious collaboration between the unlikely duo, has now been blown wide open with the release of its lookbook and every piece in the collection.
Showcasing four skaters from the Palace team, the collection is set behind a dry background, submerging the collaboration into a wild western atmosphere. Highlighting signature details from Polo Ralph Lauren including the teddy bear, polo logo and classic silhouettes, Palace Skateboards has infused its bold streetwear aesthetic for a heritage collection with flair.
Heavy outerwear and classic Autumn/Winter silhouettes like rugby tops, flannel jackets and corduroy shirts are highlighted throughout the collaboration while matching pants, headwear and basic t-shirts round out the looks. As a bonus and key look for the line, colourful silks are one of the most exciting aspects from the haul with accompanying slip-ons making for an unexpected but welcomed twist.
