In a Milan Fashion Week surprise, former Gucci star Alessandro Michele, has revealed his new Valentino collection. Just two months into his role as creative director, Michele is showcasing his first resort collection for the Roman fashion house. Titled “Avant les Débuts,” the collection includes 171 ready-to-wear pieces and 93 images featuring an array of shoes, bags, and accessories. Michele is bringing his renowned creativity to Valentino, three months ahead of schedule.
Speaking to Vogue Runway, Michele explained his vision for the house’s future:
“Here at Valentino, everything that happens will happen naturally – because that’s the way I am.”
