From December 11–13, Riyadh’s desert outskirts will once again pulse to the sound of global superstars as SOUNDSTORM returns for its sixth edition. The festival, hosted by MDLBEAST, will bring together a lineup as eclectic as it is electrifying. Post Malone, Benson Boone, Major Lazer, and Kaytranada headline the first wave of artists, with UK rapper Loyle Carner and Ukrainian DJ Korolova adding international flair. More regional and global acts are still to be unveiled.
Since its inception in 2019, SOUNDSTORM has cemented itself as the Middle East’s largest music festival, drawing over 450,000 visitors last year alone. Every year, the sprawling site transforms into a mini-city, complete with restaurants, hotels, an underground arena, and the now-iconic neon-lit tent, all built to host one of the most ambitious celebrations of music anywhere in the world.
This year’s edition promises to blur boundaries once again. SOUNDSTORM thrives on breaking labels: funk, hip-hop, dance, country. At the end of the day, it’s about one thing only: music that moves people. With new activations, immersive installations, and surprises yet to be revealed, the festival continues its mission to be all-encompassing, all-welcoming.
For three unforgettable nights, Riyadh will stand at the center of the global music map, as SOUNDSTORM delivers an experience that both the city will be dancing to.
