After Gucci’s AW18 collection was showcased back in February, which featured the weird and wonderful of Alessandro Michele’s inner workings, we now have a release date for the most anticipated item of the line.

The ugly/chunky/oversized sneaker has pushed the trend even further, and who better to do it than the luxury Italian fashion house. To be released at the beginning of July, Here’s a closer look at the GUCCI SEGA-type sneaker.

Designed for both men and women, six colour-ways have been introduced including an all-white and all-black pair just in case you wanted to try a more minimal version. And if that wasn’t enough, the trail boot features a bulky tongue with SEGA-inspired branding.

If you’re wanting a part of the action, a pair of the SEGA Gucci sneakers will set you back about $1,900 AUD. Pick a colour below.
