Despite the controversy that often plagues the Tesla CEO, its hard to dispute that Elon Musk is a genius in the business world. Now according to Forbesthe tech giant is selling his humble abode located in Brentwood, about 15 miles Northwest of Downtown Los Angeles, listing the modest four-bedroom, three-bathroom space for $4.5 million USD (or $6.4 million AUD).

Held under David Kramer and Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland, the house was originally bought with his now ex-wife Talulah Riley in 2014 for $3.695 million USD, and is only one of his several homes dotted around the area. One of the smaller of his properties, the layout holds a futuristic quality with floor-to-ceiling hallways and a triangle-shaped lot.

With an open-planned living area that blends the kitchen to the dining room and living area, the space seamlessly opens up to a saltwater pool and patio for the ultimate LA lifestyle. Automatic blinds allow for easy privacy, and quintessential to how Musk likes it, the security system, curtains, speakers and lighting can all be controlled by a mobile device.
