As Hollywood’s brightest step out onto the red carpet this evening ahead of the 91st Academy Award, Aquaman star Jason Momoa made an appearance with wife Lisa Bonet in-hand. Posing for photos outside the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, the couple paid homage to the late Karl Lagerfeld after his death, last Tuesday.
Suiting up in a dusty pink, velvet suit and black satin accents, the relaxed star finished off his look with an unbuttoned white shirt and patent leather boots, the look courtesy of the legendary designer. True to his style, Momoa also sported a matching scrunchy while Bonet was clad head-to-toe in sequins and jewels also from the eponymous label. And if anyone can pull off a full-pink look its this couple.
Lagerfeld’s death has been mourned from all corners of the globe and after his final Fendi show at Milan Fashion Week, the tributes will continue to flow as the awards season continues. According to reports, the creative’s health was deteriorating over the course of two weeks, before he died in Paris on February 19.
