Pharrell Williams is nothing short of a creative visionary. Behind sell-out collaborations with Chanel, Adidas and Japanese streetwear label Human Made, the singer/songwriter and creative director is one of this generation’s biggest style icons. If his Instagram is anything to go by, then the last several months have been spent in the studio and rocking a number of graphic sweatshirts, but behind-the-scenes, Williams is preparing to sell his US $17 million mansion.

Situated in the rolling hillside of Beverly Hills sits a spectacular 10-bedroom masterpiece. Reminiscent more of a glass house-cross-Google HQ, the huge residence was bought by Williams from none other than Tyler Perry. It was always rumoured that Perry, who bought it for $15.6 million, never stayed a single night in the home.

The Mulholland Drive estate features a number of luxe additions including several waterfalls and swimming pools complete with a swim-up bar, and a tennis court. For lovers of cars the area also features a 200-foot-long  private driveway with a motor court which at capacity, can hold over 30 cars. With massive glass windows and stone surfaces, the residence has been likened to Tony Stark’s home and headquarters in Iron Man.

Measuring 17,245 square-feet, the mansion which boasts 10 bedrooms and 11 bathroom was built in 1992 for billionaire, Alfred Mann. In 2016 it was listed for $30 million before being sold to Perry for a major discount.
