Loro Piana has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2025 range, and the Italian fashion house’s latest is defined by one material in particular – linen.

On Tuesday, 26 November, Loro Piana presented the brand’s forthcoming SS25 collection, which marks a new chapter for and celebrates 100 years of history and heritage of the luxury maison.

Linen has been a cornerstone of Loro Piana’s towering reputation in fine fabrics and has played a material role in its collections, both historically as well as in more recent years since the fashion house acquired renowned linen company Solbiati 10 years ago. In the SS25 collection, Loro Piana celebrates the versatility, complexity and indomitability of linen by refashioning the material for new-fashioned, chic, and casual wardrobes – even those curated to withstand Dubai’s unforgiving summer heat.

According to the maison, “softness, in texture as well as construction, is the core value that defines the Loro Piana take on menswear,” and the iconic Spagna jacket, unstructured blazers, fluid shirt jackets as well as suede bombers and knitted blazers on display at the presentation underscore the textural depth that characterises the SS25 collection.

Other highlights include the selection of cashmere-linen blend cardigans underpinned by their subtle textural complexity, which means they can seamlessly transform from casual to refined when paired with some of the collection’s varied accessories, at the centre of which are linen bags, felt fedoras and knitted beanies.

The SS25 collection continues to embody the fashion maison’s quintessentially Italian flair with the footwear on show, defined by elegant leather sandals, loafers and lace-ups. A range of high-performing sunglasses fitted with advanced lenses and meticulously crafted from premium acetate and metals in Japan add the finishing touch to round up the suavity of Loro Piana’s latest.
