Nike has mostly been known for its collaborations with male creatives and after the American sporting house announced the partnership with a slew of female designers, we finally have word on what’s up first. Teaming up with British namesake brand Martine Rose, more information and a first look into the capsule has been released.

Thanks to Vogue UK, a line of sporting silhouettes and unique sneakers have been unveiled – all set to be made available on Craigslist. Fusing British and quintessential American sportswear, the collection is a perfect representation of the subversive streetwear and functionality seen in her past stand-alone collections.

“We took a silhouette based on a very British tracksuit that you might get in JD Sports,” Rose told Vogue UK. “Then, we created a trainer inspired by Nike’s Monarch style, which is a very middle-America-dad trainer.”

Along with Craigslist, Rose has taken a different approach to stocking her collaborative threads, with London Steve, photographer Surya, and local sneaker-head Tesfa acting as London-based outlets for the capsule.

No further word has been mentioned on a release date, so keep an eye on her Instagram @martine_rose for updates. Check out a closer look at the line below.
