In the most recent Converse collaboration, the American skate company has aligned with Midnight Studios to reimagine two of its most classic silhouettes. As part of the SS/18 collection, the streetwear label’s head, Shane Gonzales has taken a minimalistic approach to the Chuck Taylor 70 and the One Star.
Available in an off-white colour palette, both styles boast exposed seams and lining not normally seen on the exterior shoe and also featuring collaborative branded laces. Focussing on subtle deconstruction, Midnight Studios easily displays its youth street-style aesthetic.
