September 10 saw the Burj Khalifa light up to celebrate the much anticipated release of the all-terrain hybrid off-road SUV, following the G700 Media Night at the Armani Hotel.
JETOUR frames driving as part of a broader way of living through its “Travel+” philosophy, and the JETOUR G700 wears that idea plainly. Under the bonnet, a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine works with dual electric motors to deliver a combined 904 Ps and 1135 Nm of torque—enough to propel the SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. The model’s combined range of above 1,000 km and a water-wading capability of 900 mm suggest that this is a machine intended to take on long distances and varied terrain. Seven intelligent off-road drive modes give drivers choices for dune bashing, daycare runs and everything between (making it perfect for the UAE market).
The six-seat layout and massage-equipped chairs make the cabin seem more like a mobile lounge; the wellness air system keeps the atmosphere calm during extended trips. An intelligent cockpit organised around four interacting screens, Snapdragon-powered voice control and seamless connectivity aim to keep tasks simple and straightforward without resorting to gimmicks.
