Fresh off the back of their collaboration with BEAMS, The North Face have just released a collection inspired by Nepalese culture. The collection takes its name from the valley of Khumbu – “the realm of explorers”.

Aligned to the brands mantra, “inspired by the mountain, designed for urban explorers”, the new collection consists of some of the brands most iconic pieces including the Base Camp Duffel, 1990 Mountain Q Jacket and the Fine T-shirt as well as newer designs like the Raglan Red Box sweatshirt and the Base Camp slide slippers.

Most noteworthy of the collection is the incorporation of the colours of the Tibetan prayer flags, with each piece available in the colours – blue, white, red, green and yellow – and represent the sky, the air, the fire, the water and the earth. To connect to the theme of the range, the entire look book was shot in Nepal.

The collection is now available here.
