According to a report from Top Gear, the most expensive car in the world is valued at an estimated at $17.5 million USD. The car in question is the rare Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta, belonging to Horacio Pagani.

Pagani Zonda has ceased production on the model, finishing off two cars that have already been pre-sold. Exotic to say the least, the luxury car boasts a 7.3-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine capable of cranking out 789bhp, in addition to including a six-speed manual gearbox. Forged aluminium wheels — 20-inch in the front and 21-inch in the rear — then note different colour inlays, while the rear wheel fairings are made from carbon fiber. And the body? It’s roofless but features a roof scoop.

Not a bad set of wheels to have in the garage. For more specs on the Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta, visit Top Gear for all the info.
