Everything

Pete Davidson has long been in the public eye for his regular appearance on Saturday Night Live as well as a long list of Hollywood comedy films. While he is most commonly considered as Ariana Grande’s ex, the actor and comedian can add another claim to fame in his ever-growing resumé. Not straying too far from his SNL gig at NBC, Davidson along with Kendall Jenner and Kaia Gerber took to the Rockefeller Centre over the weekend for Alexander Wang‘s next collection.
Descending onto the New York heritage site, along with the usual fashion attendees and mass of handpicked celebrities – think Diplo and Desus Nice – a large crowd of tourists gathered around the iconic skating rink for the latest Spring 2020 collection, courtesy of Alexander Wang. Though the runway was reportedly 20 minutes fashionably late, it kicked off, as usual, in spectacular style.
With American flags towering over the classic location, Wang paid homage to the country’s fashion pioneers and amongst a sea of men’s and women’s tailored coats and sporting silhouettes, Pete Davidson made his runway debut. Cutting a white singlet top, cap, black-and-white pants and a branded belt, the funny guy swaggered down the runway boasting his extensive collection of body tattoos. It was a welcomed contrast to the refined collection and had the crowd swooning as he gave everyone ‘big model energy’.
Adding star-factor and street cool to the namesake collection – not that it needed it – Alexander Wang revealed to The Cut his admiration to work with the actor.

“I’ve always wanted to work with him,” he explained to the publication, “For this collection, I was like, ‘Hey, Pete. Would you want to walk?’ And he literally responded immediately like, ‘Yeah, sure.’ The whole time I thought he was going to chicken out and get too nervous and not want to do it, but he was such a sport and he killed it.”
It has already been a huge year for Davidson, with the SNL star in the spotlight in recent months for his relationship with Kate Beckinsale.
