Now, to celebrate two of America’s old-school-turns-new-school icons the pair have come together to celebrate individuality, determined optimism, and their shared history with a capsule collection and campaign inspired by the archives.
Looking at its historic past, the campaign takes on a minimalistic approach inspired by original advertisements. Bringing on a diverse group of models, the inclusive shoot exudes a sense of all-American spirit and youth, quintessential to the pop-culture movement.
Within the capsule collection, Tommy Jeans has looked to reissue some of its key, ’80s pieces with a modern twist. Boasting bold colour blocking and brand-heavy looks, the vintage-inspired line recreates contemporary silhouettes for new-age streetwear. What we can imagine will become coveted goods by the Hilfiger lovers, the collection features sweatshirts, t-shirts, sports jackets, hoodies and reimagined ruby jumpers for just a touch of varsity-prep.
