Supreme are famous for its cult collaborations and straight off the back of its latest launch for Fall/Winter 2018, the street wear label has unveiled its next drop. Paying homage to American artist Mike Kelley, the brand has adorned some of its most famous silhouettes in his past work.

Forward-thinking and contemporary, Mike Kelley was one of the most influential artists of his time, and known best for his unique drawings, performances, paintings, sonic presentations and videos, he captured American youth by incorporating found and second-hand items. For Supreme’s latest drop, his past work has been printed onto hoodies, basic t-shirts, sweaters, work shirts and jackets, along with eight skateboard decks.

Another range looking to the ’90s era, Kelley was a familiar face on the music scene, as a member of the band Destroy All Monsters and close collaborator of Sonic Youth. He died in in 2012 at 57, but his art continues to influence the current generation.

The Supreme x Mike Kelley capsule is set to drop online, and in NY, LA, London, and Paris stores on September 6. As always, Japan will see a slightly later release, on September 8. Set a reminder as this collection is sure to sell out quickly.
