Celebrity architect, Zaha Hadid has completed yet another stunning building, this time in Miami. Dubbed the ‘One Thousand Museum’ situated in the Downtown precinct, reports have surfaced that a $24 million USD full-floor residence has been purchased by Beckham Brand Limited. Following David Beckham’s acquiring of co-ownership for local soccer club, Inter Miami CF, it is expected that the new home will be frequented by the family.

“With the launch of Inter Miami CF, David and his team are spending significant amounts of time in Miami,” confirmed a spokesperson for David Beckham. “One Thousand Museum is a very special building and we are excited to join the community there.”

First opened in August 2019, the building is now famous not only for its exclusive and luxurious services and amenities but its collaboration with Forbes which features a hospitality-focused experience for residents and guests. Elsewhere, the building includes Sky Lounge dining, on-premise bank vault, private beach club, house car service, wellness centre, spa, and aquatic centre, while a private helipad makes it Miami’s lone residential building accessible by private airport – bougie.

“Iconic design, sophisticated lifestyle, privacy and security are among the key factors driving our clients to make One Thousand Museum their Miami base,” said the development team of One Thousand Museum. “We know Mr. Beckham and his team will be very happy here.”
