American designer Tommy Hilfiger has put his Greenwich colonial mansion on the market. Formally known as Applewood estate, the 4.6 acre property with resort style living is expecting to fetch almost $7 million. The fully gated property opens in to a large cobble stone driveway, surrounded by manicured lawns and garden. From there, the 10,000 square foot space includes a family room, living room, dining area, and library, along with a chef’s kitchen with seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, expanding over three floors.

Keeping with the colonial style heritage of the home, the poolside terrace is accessible from french style doors as well as an upper-level balcony. The property also includes a movie theatre, a tennis court, recording studio, and a three-car garage.
