Following an overly successful, “The Ten” project with Nike, during the past 12 months, Virgil Abloh has once again teamed up with the sportswear firm for another round of collaborative sneakers. Revealed on the Off-White Instagram, Abloh has given a first look into the reimagined Nike Air Max 97.

Developed for the Off-White Spring/Summer 2019 show, the original silhouette has been updated in a black iteration. A deconstructed aesthetic has been applied to the design with a translucent upper in addition to its shifted tongue logo, “AIR” stamp on each heel and white Nike Swoosh logo.

There is no further information on the release date of the collaboration, but we assume it will drop along with the SS/19 Off-White collection, earlier next year.
