Made in Taiwan is a group of apartments. They have been newly updated by the architecture team at KC Design Studio and combine raw and classic materials such as steel, brick, exposed concrete and timber paneling. The design goal? Fuse modern concepts with natural elements to create future proof living.

Utilising the existing steel girding and high ceilings, the simple 125 square meter spaces took on a ‘deconstructed’ and ‘unfinished’ look. Continuing with the theme, each room integrates contrasting colours and materials along the floors, walls and ceilings to maintain a natural finish. Even the initial styling seen below complement the space with various textiles and textures.
