Everything
As a sign of the times, Celine Homme Spring/Summer 2021 was live streamed via Tik Tok to hundreds of thousands of Gen Z and Milennials in late-July. Such presentation was a first for the social media phenomena and earned the French fashion house street cred’ from around the world. It was apt considering the creative director pulled direct inspiration from E-Boys and modern skate culture. Now, you can finally shop the runway.
Following a major release of “Dancing Kid” styles on to Mr Porter last month, the house has now launched its hotly-anticipated Celine Trainers. Inspired by the design sensibilities of basketball in the ’80s and ’90s, the trainers are made available in a mid-top and high-top. Each style features leather uppers, laces and an additional velcro closure.
The sneakers in question also arrive in a number of colourways including white, silver/red/blue, black and white, and gold. And each pair of kicks are finished off with Celine branding on the heel and embossed on the midsole.
No matter how you choose to pair the kicks, we expect these to become cult property in no time at all. Shop the looks now at selected Celine stores from $1,200 AUD. For more information, head here.
