Last night, the music industry turned up for the annual Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Drawing in the likes of Cardi B, Khalid, the Jonas Brothers among a long line of A-list celebrities, the night went off with outrageous fashion and performances from Taylor Swift and Panic! At The Disco, Khalid as well as the newly-reunited Jonas Brothers.

Not to anyone’s surprise, it was Drake who came out on top and swept the floor nabbing 12 awards during the ceremony. His tally rounds up to 27 awards across the years, and makes the Canadian artist the most awarded talent in BBMA’s history. Out of a whopping 21 nominations, Cardi B was another big winner and received eight awards. Ariana Grade received the honour of Top Female Artist with BTS crowned as the Top Duo/Group award.
