Their festive menu is a spread of rich, comforting flavours, from Mary montaña, a playful mix of crispy potatoes, tuna tartare, and Cecina, to Canelones de seta y trufa, homemade cannelloni filled with earthy mushrooms and black truffle.
For the mains, expect dishes like the indulgent Solomillo con foie gras y frutos rojos, a tender wagyu tenderloin paired with foie gras and a sweet-tangy sauce made with red fruits, or Rodaballo a la parrilla con verduras, a grilled turbot served with a delicate black garlic aioli. Dessert is as festive as it gets with Nuestra famosa tarta de queso, their signature cheesecake, and Trufas de chocolate, dark chocolate truffles that wrap up the evening on a sweet note.

Mains include Pargo a la parrilla, grilled red snapper with fennel purée, and Costilla de Wagyu, a decadent wagyu ribeye paired with truffle-infused potatoes.
As the clock strikes midnight, the energy shifts to La Camera! By TOTÓ, where a DJ takes over and the celebrations spill into the early hours of 2025.
