Paying homage to Swedish fashion, outdoor label Fjällräven has teamed up with Acne Studios for a unique Fall/Winter 2018 drop. Commissioning the high-fashion brand to lead the charge, Acne has reinterpreted Fjällräven classics with its strong heritage in mind.
Dropping earlier this month, it has been the first time Fjällräven has worked with another brand, and the wait has been worth it. Featuring everything from heavy outerwear to the brands iconic Kånken backpacks, the collection adorns quintessential Swedish aesthetic while featuring the country’s flag as a major motif.
Highlighting the Expedition Down Jacket, to the rework of the brand’s backpack, the collaboration boasts colourful iterations in crazy camouflage, faux fur trimming and co-branding. Key pieces include an OTT sleeping bag, long-line anoraks and functional trousers.
