Just when you thought your summer moodboard was complete, Gigi Rigolatto slides into the Turkish Riviera with its signature Italian charm. The name behind fan-favourite spots across Saint-Tropez, Paris, and Dubai has now landed at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, bringing with it Bellinis, seafood, and even a boutique concept store.

Opened in June for the season as a pop-up, Gigi Bodrum is a preview of bigger things to come, with a full-scale permanent spot already planned for 2026. But even this teaser comes with 140 seats across a sea-facing terrace, ideal for golden-hour lunches or candlelit dinners.

The menu takes inspiration from Tuscan comfort dishes and coastal Puglian food with classics from the Bellini Bar, of course. Thanks to architect Hugo Toro’s blend of Italian nostalgia and breezy Mediterranean polish, the aesthetic screams dolce vita with a side of French design.

And because Gigi never just does food, there’s a concept boutique too, stocked with resortwear, beach accessories, homeware, as well as grooming essentials, if you may have forgotten to pack those.

This summer, whether you’re visiting Gigi’s pop-up at the Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, for the dining or the scenery, it may be the perfect way to immerse yourself into the la dolce vita lifestyle.
