The day for tech heads and Apple fans has finally arrived. Today, Apple revealed its highly-anticipated iPhone 12 series in a new era of durability and high performance for the popular smartphone. Announcing four models which will arrive in stores from October 23, the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max promises to deliver on innovative features, including A14 Bionic, an advanced dual-camera system, and a Super Retina XDR display with the Ceramic Shield front cover.

First up is the edge-to-edge Super Retina® XDR displays for a brighter, more immersive viewing experience, and a new Ceramic Shield front cover (however much to the disappointment of customers, the front camera bezel is still there). The Apple-designed A14 Bionic powers the iPhone 12, and coupled with an advanced dual-camera system, delivers new computational photography features and the highest quality video in a smartphone. And as expected, iPhone 12 models also introduced MagSafe™, offering high-powered wireless charging and an all-new ecosystem of accessories that easily attach to iPhone, however USB-c charging is still available for users.
5G has been ushered into reality with the iPhone 12 now equipped with capabilities that boasts improved speeds for faster downloads and uploads, higher quality video streaming, more responsive gaming, real-time interactivity in apps, FaceTime® in high definition, and more. iPhone 12 models also feature Smart Data mode, which extends battery life by intelligently assessing 5G needs and balancing data usage, speed, and power in real time.

iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models in blue, green, black, white, and (PRODUCT)RED starting at RRP A$1,349 and RRP A$1,199, respectively. Pre-orders for iPhone 12 begin Friday, 16 October, with availability beginning Friday, 23 October. iPhone 12 mini will be available for pre-order beginning Saturday, 7 November, and in stores beginning Friday, 13 November.
The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB models in graphite, silver, gold, and pacific blue starting at RRP A$1,699 and RRP A$1,849, respectively. Pre-order begins at 11 p.m. AEDT on Friday, 16 October, with availability beginning Friday, 23 October, and pre-order for iPhone 12 Pro Max will begin at 12 a.m. AEDT on Saturday, 7 November, with availability beginning Friday, 13 November.’
