I find that you either love Joe Rogan, or hate Joe Rogan. Former UFC commentator, comedian, and now podcaster, the infamous personality figure is now a millionaire after Spotify acquired the exclusive streaming rights to his podcast for over $1 million USD. And following a move from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas, it turns out that the man has excellent taste when it comes to real estate.

In one of the areas’ biggest realestate listings, Rogan has purchased a massive 10,890 square feet abode for a cool $14.4 million USD. It features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, across the prime location of Austin river. Neighbouring homes include owners such as John Paul DeJoria and Sandra Bullock. Further details on the home and purchase are on the down-low but images reveal a Mediterranean-flair. In addition, there are two attached garages and a carriage house for an RV or boat located to the left of the main structure.
