A new addition to the tennis shoe range, Nike has just announced its new NikeCourt Air Zoom Zero, complete with new innovative technology. Going above and beyond, the new model is the first style from the Swoosh brand to include a full-length, curved Zoom Air bag in the sole, articulated specifically for tennis-specific movements (or perfect for street style comfort).
The innovative bag combines both top-loaded and bottom-loaded Zoom cushioning, resulting in full transition under the foot via one smooth path from heel to toe, and according to professional tennis players, “no clunk-clunk motion.”
The outsole is strategically constructed to create areas of denser durability where the most wear occurs. In addition, the Air Zoom Zero also includes an internal bootie for second-skin-like fit, forefoot webbing for lockdown and an angled cutout on the outsole featuring a glitch graphic of the national flags of NikeCourt athletes.
Available for both men and women, the new style will come in three colour-ways. The Air Zoom Zero will drop tomorrow, July 19 on the Nike online store.
