Pour Papa Salt over rock ice (in a tall glass), add desired amount of soda water and garnish with an orange wedge.

Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Lime wedge
Nocellara Olive
Fresh ice
Add fresh ice to a stemmed balloon glass – pour over Papa Salt Gin and Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Squeeze and garnish with lime wedge and Nocellara olive. Simple and good.

DIRTY DRY MARTINI

50ml Papa Salt Coastal Gin
10ml Noilly Prat Vermouth
20ml of olive brine
Nocellara Olives
Rock ice
In a mixing glass, combine Papa Salt Gin, Noilly Prat Vermouth and olive brine over rocks of ice. Stir with a bar spoon for at least 30 seconds until the dilution is well chilled and smooth to taste. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 olives skewered through a rosemary stem. 

SALTY NEGRONI

30ml Papa Salt Coastal Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Regal Rogue Bold Red Vermouth
10ml Saline (5:1 water to sea salt)
Ruby grapefruit wedge
Rock ice
Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass over rocks of ice. Stir with a bar spoon for at least 30 seconds until well chilled. The dilution should taste velvety—if not, continue stirring until smooth. Strain into a rocks glass, finish with grapefruit wedge (don’t squeeze). Made well, this drink should transport you.

50ml Papa Salt Coastal Gin
100ml Grapefruit juice
Lime wedge
Rock Ice
Salt the rim of a well chilled highball glass. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, gin & grapefruit juice. Shake until well chilled and strain into prepared glass with crushed ice. Finish with lime wedge. It’s fresh.

Fever-Tree Lime and Yuzu Soda
Lime wedge
Rock ice

30ml fresh lime juice

Rim of a well chilled tall glass with rosemary salt. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, Papa Salt, and lime juice. Shake until well chilled and pour over prepared glass with cubed ice. Top with CAPI pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a rosemary stem. Easy does it.
