As the film world descends on Cannes for the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival, naturally there is going to be some pretty incredible fashion moments.
Sure enough, the stars were dressed to the nines, offering the world a glimpse of French Riviera-style meets Hollywood red carpet.
One of the main drawcards of the event this year includes actor Tom Cruise and his Top Gun: Maverick sequel, which premiers after a two-year wait due to Covid-19, adding considerable buzz to the film festival.
“That was not going to happen. Ever,” Cruise told a packed theatre at the Cannes Film Festival, after being asked whether the highly anticipated sequel was ever considered to launch on a streaming service, such as Netflix.
“I make movies for the big screen.”
