Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs’ dynamic tight end, is not only a force on the football field but also a standout figure in the world of fashion. His recent appearance at Coachella, where he attended alongside partner Taylor Swift, has hammered home just how good he is at off-field fits.

Where plenty of other famous and semi-famous folks who attended the first weekend of the flailing festival (tickets had still not sold out days prior to the event starting) tried to stand out by wearing the same generic “farshion” of ironic jorts or something completely impractical, Kelce kept it real.

Dressed in a laid-back California-inspired ensemble, Kelce sported a white T-shirt under an unbuttoned oversized checked shirt with frayed edges, paired with blue striped, straight-leg cropped jeans and fresh white Converse hi-tops. Accessories like a silver pendant necklace, a green neckerchief, black square-frame shades, and a white baseball cap on what was emblazoned the title of problematically funny Adam Sandler film, Happy Gilmore, added personal flair to his look, perfectly nailing the Coachella style brief.

Kelce has built a reputation as one of the NFL’s most stylish players. His fashion choices range from bold and eclectic suits to casual yet chic streetwear. Notable looks include a pink wool twill suit by Christian Dior worn during his hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, and a casual yet stylish ensemble featuring a printed Frere tracksuit paired with luxury accessories for a post-practice look. His fearless approach to fashion, favouring unique cuts and bright colors, complements his charismatic and extroverted personality.
