Dexter Reboot TrailerThe latest Dexter reboot trailer has offered a few new clues about what we can expect when TV’s most charming serial killer returns to the small screen this year.

The thirty-second trailer shows a rather chipper looking Dexter Morgan strolling through the main street of a small town while equally cheery-looking locals greet him warmly.

But it’s not Dexter Morgan they seem to be familiar with. Instead, the locals all call him “Jim Lindsay.”

While the Dexter reboot trailer hints that the old Dexter is dead and buried, it appears his new identity, Jim Lindsay, shares the same lust for blood. As Dexter/Jim passes by a knife shop, he is drawn to a glinting blade for sale in the window.

No matter your name, death has a way of catching up with you,

This latest Dexter reboot trailer is the second trailer that Showtime has released in the lead up to Dexter’s return.
