Despite being widely criticised during the US launch last week, brand spanking new streaming service Disney+ has been hotly anticipated since its early announcement. For one, it marks phase four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with new superhero content and secondly, brings to light old-school favourites. Much to the delight of Australia, tomorrow will see the timely launch to local small screens and makes way for steamy summer days (where necessary) spent in the aircon, binge-watching.

In the lead up to its drop, the service released a teaser video boasting what can be viewed, come Tuesday. Nostalgic favourites including the X-Men franchise will come to a head as well as the Lizzie McGuire series and Recess. Unfortunately, more recent films such as Avengers: Infinity War are said to see a delayed launch – though these big-budget films are more likely to be found on Stan in the meantime. And for the adventurous type, little known films including The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes and Fuzzbucket will receive air-time.
