In January 2023, Kylie Jenner and long-time boyfriend (well, long-time on and off boyfriend) Travis Scott broke up, with a source speaking to Us Weekly saying “Kylie and Travis are off again, they were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there. This has happened so many times before, they’re known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great coparents.”
We all thought the couple would get back together again, but this time it seemed to be for keeps.

Just weeks later, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner attended the Jean-Paul Gaultier show at Paris Fashion Week. At the time, this wasn’t news – celebrities go to events together all the time, and are often seen interacting. Months later though, as we began to discuss the couple dating, internet sleuths DeuxMoi shared a video of the pair at the fashion show laughing together.

Remember when we were all obsessed with Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny dating? Well, there were hints about Jenner and Chalamet in the news that we all missed.
Page Six reported on a date between Jenner and Bad Bunny at the time, and have a look at the guest list. “Jenner and Bad Bunny enjoyed a dinner alongside other A-Listers–including her sister, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, Zack Bia and Russell Westbrook.”
Interesting.

DeuxMoi first broke the news that Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were dating, but at the time didn’t reveal any evidence to confirm. The post was simply an Instagram Story of the stars with the caption “NEW COUPLE ALERT”.

In far more exciting news, TMZ managed to get photos of Kylie Jenner’s car parked outside Timothée Chalamet’s home a week later. Just friends or something more?
Later in the month, The Daily Mail reported that a source had seen Chalamet leaving a Santa Monica art show. He was allegedly “looking around anxiously” while “texting constantly on his phone”. He waited on the kerb before Jenner “pulled up in her custom Extended Lincoln Navigator, with security in the front seats”.
According to the outlet, the pair then drove to nearby Mexican restaurant Tito’s Tacos, but remained in the car as her security bought food.

April was the month when everything dialled up for Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet. ET reported that they were definitely dating, but their romance wasn’t yet official.
“They are keeping things casual at this point,” the source said. “It’s not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes. It’s been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships. It’s new and exciting for Kylie and she’s having a lot of fun.”

Rumours were rife that Jenner and Chalamet would be attending Coachella together (or, at least, be at the festival at the same time), and it turned out that the theories were correct.
Naturally, the connection came at Bad Bunny’s set, where Kylie Jenner was seen alongside sister Kendall. Chalamet, however, flew under the radar, hiding his face under a scarf and black shades.
That could all be a coincidence, but then for Frank Ocean’s set Chalamet was seen in the artist area to the left side of the stage, wearing a red cap and black face mask, and Jenner was also spotted in the same area — though she wasn’t beside Chalamet, all this proximity has us thinking.
