In a world away from Stranger Thingsit seems that Millie Bobby Brown is the hero in Jake Bongiovi’s world, son of legendary rock star Jon Bon Jovi. How do we know? Well, the 20-year-old American actor (who is a spitting image of his father, might we add), has just asked Bobby Brown, 19, to marry him.

The couple, who have been dating for almost two years, took to their respective Instagram accounts to announce the news.

“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” the Stranger Things actress captioned, referenced from the Taylor Swift song, Lover.

Bobbie Brown called Bongiovi her “partner for life” earlier this year, when she posted a myriad of photos together, fuelling the rumours that the couple had become engaged.

Bobby Brown, who is an English actress and rose to fame as a child star thanks to the critically-acclaimed Netflix hit, Stranger Things, is gearing up for its fifth and final season which will begin filming in June, 2023. The forthcoming fifth season will be the show’s last and will be comprised of a total of eight episodes, with the first episode being titled ‘The Crawl’.

But fans of Stranger Things need not worry, as a prequel is set to be staged in London’s West End, and an animated TV Series has also been announced by Netflix.

As for Bongiovi, the heartthrob has recently landed his second major acting role in a new teen coming-of-age film, Rockbottom.
