Early last week, Cardi B and Offset announced their surprise split after the birth of their daughter, Kulture, just five months ago. The Bodak Yellow rapper explained the split over a video posted to her Instagram page, but it seemed Offset had little to say – until now.

Simply commenting, “Ya’ll won”, following the initial statement, Offset admitted he missed his estranged wife over the weekend.“F–K YALL I MISS CARDI,” Offset, 26, shared with his 1.59 million Twitter followers.

Also following the breakup, Offset’s alleged mistress issued an apology to Cardi.“I feel ashamed. You know like growing up it’s a lot, but I’m just coming from me to Cardi B and to like her fans… these were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home,” she said in a video, posted on TMZ.

Adding further fuel to the the fire, Cardi B responded to allegations via an Instagram live session, that the couple were doing this as a publicity stunt:

“I’ve been seeing a lot of people say that my relationship was fake. Bitch, there’s certain things called love. People do fall in love. Like my relationship was never fake. I met this n*gga, he was on my ass, I gave him a chance and we fell in love with each other. But we never did anything for publicity, bitch. You think I got f*cking pregnant, could have ruined my career for f*cking publicity?”

Cardi B and Offset had been married for just over 12 months, with daughter Kulture born in July, 2018. Stay tuned for more details.
