American actor and beloved comedian Robin Williams tragically died four years ago at age 63, and now his legacy will be remembered in a new HBO documentary.

Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind delves deep into Williams’ intimate and colourful world, examining his life, career and creativity. Set to be told largely by the man himself, the documentary will also hear recounts from family, friends and colleagues like Billy Crystal, Eric Idle, Whoopi Goldberg, David Letterman, Steve Martin, Pam Dawber, Zak Williams and more.

Directed by Marina Zenovich, produced by Alex Gibney and Shirel Kozak, with executive producers Sheila Nevins, David Steinberg, Kristen Vaurio, and Zenovich, the feature film is expected to be a feel-good and equally as sad retelling of his life – screened from July 16.
