Shaq O’Neal – former NBA star – has put his $28 million waterfront mansion on the market last Thursday. Owned by the basketball star since 1993, the Florida mansion measures at 31,000 feet with 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms as well as a 95-foot long swimming pool, indoor basketball court home theatre and wine and cigar cellar. Originally bought for a mere $4 million, the Florida home is now fitted with an Egyptian-themed room with a triangular saltwater fish tank and a full-size wall-mounted diesel truck aquarium with a life-size photo of Shaq in the front seat.

The impressive estate is also Superman themed with the badge motif incorporated throughout the house – even appearing on the mirrors in each bathroom as well as the 17-car “showroom-style” garage. The home also boats a second garage with an additional dance floor and recording studio.

The home first appeared MTV Cribs where the sporting legend gave viewers a look into his “master retreat”. A wing entirely dedicated to a 900-foot master suite fitted with a walk in wardrobe and oversized bed.
