During an idyllic summer’s day, it is hard to picture sweeping sands, pulsating sunshine and the fresh scent of salt water any better. But for the Bottega Veneta Men’s and Women’s Spring 2020 campaign, a luxury yacht and glistening water is just the beginning of hedonistic aspiration. Creative Director Daniel Lee, together with photographer Tyrone Lebon, reveal their vision of a never ending summer – the eternal signifier of elevation and luxury.
Featuring models Mica Argañarazand and Edoardo Sebastianelli, Bottega Veneta takes the top deck as a faint ‘click’ of a lens shutter in the distance is heard. Cold chains warm against sun kissed skin. Weightless leather staples synonymous with the house bend and slouch. Earthy tones and bold pops of colour. And as the seemingly endless blue sky bleeds to coral and violet, does the day turn to evening and opulent jewels and sequins glitter under evening fireworks.
But with the turn of one day arrives the next, and indulgence continues to be relived. Bottega Veneta the only constant, anchored in sensuality and pure luxury.
