Earlier this morning, news broke that RnB star Chris Brown was arrested in Paris following allegations of sexual abuse. In an interview published by French magazine Closer, a woman known only as Karima claimed that the rapper sexually assaulted her for 25 – 30 minutes, on January 16 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris. Denying the allegations against him, Brown has now been released.
Taking to Instagram shortly after, Brown slammed the claim. “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR… THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CRAP! … FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!”

After being questioned by authorities, it is now reported that he can leave the country with further investigations pending. Brown’s lawyer, Raphael Chiche, has told reporters that he plans to sue for defamation.
