Here’s your Monday wrap…

Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall

Louis Vuitton is set to debut its inaugural Men’s Pre-Fall show in Hong Kong on November 30, 2023. The city, known for its captivating blend of tradition and modernity, serves as a unique backdrop for this milestone event. Hong Kong has been a vibrant crossroads of culture and commerce for centuries, bridging the East and West, making it the perfect host for Louis Vuitton’s first Men’s Pre-Fall showcase.

The relationship between Louis Vuitton and Hong Kong has deep roots, dating back to the opening of the first local store in 1979. Over the years, the brand has continued to strengthen its connection with the city through exhibitions like “A Passion for Creation” and “Time Capsule,” as well as a dedicated City Guide that offers visitors an authentic local experience.

The forthcoming Men’s Pre-Fall 2024 show will bring the city’s cultural vibrancy to life through the creative vision of Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Creative Director, Pharrell Williams.

Miu Miu

Miu Miu Tops Lyst’s Power List

The power of midriffs and underwear as outerwear… Miu Miu continues to cast its indelible spell upon the fashion industry, sculpting a unique narrative of style and sophistication, being named the world’s hottest brand for 2023’s third quarter. It shares the podium with Spanish brand, Loewe, and their house sibling Prada who has been ranked third.

This remarkable ascent can be attributed to a symphony of factors, from Miu Miu’s spellbinding Fall 2023 campaign featuring luminaries such as Emma Corrin and Zaya Wade to the universal allure of their logo-embellished cashmere cardigan.

Holding steady in second place is Loewe, thanks in no small part to its star-studded campaigns, graced by none other than K-pop sensation Taeyong from NCT 127. Prada, Bottega Veneta, and Versace maintain their stalwart positions, anchoring the top five brands. The notable journey continues, with Jacquemus elegantly ascending to the ninth rank, Burberry’s triumphant re-entry into the top 10, and Ferragamo’s striking debut within the top 20.
