Kith x BMW
Kith

This year, Ronny Fieg of Kith has had the internet buzzing with delight thanks to back-to-back-to-back collaborations of the highest calibre. In recent months, Kith has kitted out the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, Steve Buscemi, Adrien Brody, and Roger Federer, among others. Now, joining the Kith luminaries ahead of an insanely-cool collaboration with BMW is none other than Golden Globe-winning actor Edward Norton.

You’ll know Norton for his roles in American History X, Primal Fear, and Fight Club. But you’ve never seen him like this: clad full in Kith x BMW co-branded garments and looking like he knows how to handle the beastly custom-made vehicles that are the Kith x BMW i4 M50 and 1972 1602 Elektro, respectively.

The i4 M50 by Kith is one of the coolest vehicles we’ve seen all year, adorned in a custom made Vitality Green metallic paint. This colour is so unique that it has never been featured on a BMW product before; you won’t ever see it featured on any other BMW production in the future, either. Adding to the car’s uniqueness is the “KITH” badge that replaces the i4 M50 badge. Inside the i4 M50 expect a lovely, vintage-inspired Caramel Merino leather with “KITH” embossed on the arm rest and headrests.

The exclusive collaboration comes together to celebrate two significant 50th anniversaries of BMW; the first being the debut of the brand’s first electric concept car and the second being the launch of BMW M, with the i4 M50 is set to be auctioned at Sotheby’s Auction House later this month.

Of course, Fieg has put his creative spin on the collaboration, infusing the DNA of BMW into both apparel and accessories that channel a similar design to the cars; think forest green and caramel brown palettes. Naturally, the collection is made up of no less than 51 pieces – a design quirk of Ronny Fieg.

The collection features Italian leather and Manteco wool outerwear staples like double-weave coaches jackets, a variety of stylish knitwear and heavyweight fleece sweatsuits; garments made for venturing out on a road trip, no matter the conditions. Accessories are also heavily inspired by BMW and all things automotive, and feature leather keychains, car plates, and canteens, umbrellas, sunglasses, and duffle bags.

The campaign for this collection was shot in Munich, Germany – home of BMW. You can shop the Kith x BMW collection this October 7. Head to the Kith store for more details.
