Save the date, Prada Mens Fall Winter 2023 will be taking place on Sunday, January 15, at 2PM CET (Monday, January 16 12am AEDT for those of us on the Australian eastern seaboard).
Powerhouse duo La Signora Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons ended the 2022 year on a high, their collaborative approach to design taking the brand from strength to strength. Part of this success, it could be argued, was the increasing self-referential nature that the brand took under the Prada/Simons approach.
Excavating the archives and deconstructing the brand’s DNA, Prada and Simons began to extrapolate on a very simple exposition that first cemented Prada as an icon of the industry decades earlier – how we wear clothes, and where we wear them. Or in other words, how clothes and us as humans work.
