While Japan has to wait until July 13 to view the highly anticipated “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”, the country, king of themed eateries has jumped the gun with a Jurassic World restaurant. A pop-up at two The Guest Diner and Cafe locations, the promotion will occur first in Tokyo until August 6 and then in Osaka for an additional seven weeks.

Each meal, from entrees to dessert, are all dinosaur themed and look equally delicious. Key meals worth pointing out include the “Jurassic World Burger” served on a black bun, the “Volcano Curry”, which is surprisingly realistic with bright red colours and dinosaur figurines and most impressive, “The Dinosaur Cake” in T-Rex or Blue.

The restaurant will also sell themed drinks – lattes with images of dinosaurs, soda with a creature coming out of the glass, and a smoothie with a “fossil” on top.

While you salivate at the screen, we recommend booking a ticket ASAP before the pop-up disappears.
