Louis Vuitton is moving into uncharted, collaborative territory. Known to work with the likes of Supreme and Jeff Koons, the French fashion house has looked to tech pop culture for its next venture. Tapping League of Legends – the hugely popular online battle arena video game – the company moves into its “first-ever collaboration between a global eSport and a luxury fashion house,” according to Riot Games.

First announced in September, the collection has come to fruition in the form of men’s and women’s silhouettes and aptly fuses the iconic LV monogram with the LoL emblem. Designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, the label’s artistic director of women’s collections, the collaborative line looks to a vast array of sport-luxe pieces such as bike shorts, tights, crops and matching tracksuits.

Accompanying the apparel which has seen black, white and blue patterning  emblazoned onto key styles – paying homage to the game characters – revered styles of bags including the classic bowling bag have received the same treatment. The Archlight sneaker which saw its debut in 2018 see a collaborative iteration while heeled boots and chunky oxford shoes add a sense of refinement to the sport-driven looks.
